Technical Skills

Statistical Analysis and Data Processing

I've gained a lot of experience in Statistical Analysis through my graduate training as well as practical experience through major projects. To the left, and below, are some examples. Violin plots are popular methods of plotting numerical data. They show similar descriptive statistics as a box and whisker plot with additional information like probability density.

I also have experience collecting natural history data and computing survival estimators. I've gained practical experience in PHP and Python while building a rare disease database designed to store historical control data for future clinical trials.
